e-Paper Weather Station

I really enjoy working with e-paper and e-ink displays because they are non-intrusive, easy on the eyes, and do not attract too much attention. This project is a simple weather station powered by an ESP32 (LOLIN D32 Pro) and a 1000mAh lithium-ion battery. The code is based on the fantastic work of G6EJD. I used the Climacons icon set by Adam Whitcroft for the weather icons and modified the layout. I implemented the GxEPD2_4G library to utilize the full 4 grayscale colors that the GDEW075T7 display supports. Data is downloaded every 30 minutes, and the battery lasts for about one month.
